The Mamba Diet App is based on the idea of reptiles diet.
Snakes normally go without eating for days after eating a large animal. Applied to humans, you can eat whatever you like, but you will skip meals on purpose with the help of this App.
You don’t need to think how many calories you can eat or plan your daily diet, just follow the app instructions and register your weight daily.
You can even check your timeline of what your initial weight / B.M.I. and every event like weight improvements and meals relapses.
By using this App, you can choose 3 levels of effort. The first level (soft), the app will tell you each day the meals to skip or to eat.
If you happen to have relapsed a meal by mistake, you tell it you relapsed that particular meal, and it will adjust the diet for the next days considering that.
Each day you visit the app and it will tell you what to do. The second level (standard), is harder since it will make you go days without eating most meals, but normally you can eat something.
If you are in a hurry to lose weight and can choose the hardest level (radical) and you won’t eat some days.
